pilot pure

has anyone tried them yet . since this will be the replacement for the powers i was just curious if anyone has used them yet.

We should be getting the Pilot Pure tires in by next week up here at TERGIN MOTORSPORTS. We already have 2 full sets sold and are awaiting installation. Since the tire is so new I doubt you will find any feedback unless it is from a sponsered rider, but reviews are great.

seen an ad where they are suppose to be two pound lighter than most.Very nice considering its spinning weight,almost light getting lighter wheels except even further out on the axle

do you know if it was two pounds per tire or set ? that is a pretty sizable amount of weight to take off

It'll be the next set I put on the R1. 016 was nice, 003 is good too, but I need to know if Pure is the best.

a pair I think , wish they say is the same as six of the wheels or eight off the brakes because of inertia

Oh yeah. I'm up on tire tech these days. Tergin and his crew don't let me miss anything. The Pure is, if I remember correctly, cheaper than the 016s. Even if the performance is the same, i'll still come out ahead.
