Depends on what you consider fast. I've been over 500mph on an airplane before. About 185 in a car as a passenger, 165 driving. I really don't know on a motorcycle; I've seen 170 on the speedo, but motorcycle speedos are notoriously optimistic. It was probalby closer to 145-150.
I've gone about 45mph on my bicycle, and that was probably the scariest of all. 45mph is pretty fast when there's nothing between you and the pavement but 12lbs of aluminum and carbon fiber, and some spandex.
