Default Scratt in motorcycle accident

Saw this in the paper this morning. Hope he is ok.

" A Eugene man was hurt early today (Sunday) when the motorcycle he was driving hit another vehicle. Jefferson City police report Eric M. Benoit, 24, received serious injuries in the crash, which occurred around 12:23 a.m. in the 3300 block of Emerald Lane.
The collision occurred when an SUV driven by Nichole R. Smith, 31, Jefferson City, was turning into a private driveway from the street. The motorcycle, which was behind Smith's vehicle, lost control when it also tried to turn into the driveway and pass the SUV on the right but struck the vehicle on the side, police reported.
Benoit was knocked off the bike and received cuts to his head. Police claim he was not wearing his helmet properly and it fell off his head when he hit the ground.
He was transported to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment."

That doesn't sound good. Hopefully your head is as hard as I think it is, Scratt! Best wishes for a quick recovery.

From what I hear he is ok, a few broken bones and a nasty gash on his head.
