My Wrangler is virtually stock. No, it isn't an ideal rally machine, or an ass-kicking mudder, or anything else as-is. What it does do well is a jack of all off-road trades...and it handles most pretty capably for a hell of a lot less money than other vehicles. Plus, if I chose to specialize in something, there is MASSIVE aftermarket support to get me there...again, for a reasonable dollar amount.

I've done some rock crawling, trail riding, mudding, snow drift busting, top-off summer cruising, Camp Jeep-ing, etc., all in mostly stock trim.

Wranglers aren't fond of long road trips, though.

Desmo has engaged in some mis-leading dialogue here and I feel like I should clear this up for him. The above quoted adventures of Desmo are not entirely related to his jeep.

1. Rock Crawling= motorcycle trip to Arkansas, too many drinks, crawled back to cabin through the "rock" campground.

2. Trail riding= this was actually a typo and should read "tail riding", this one also occurred in Arkansas, ask Fallout for details, not sure he will be willing to talk about it though.

3. Mudding= This was done at the salon and day-spa in Columbia.

4. Snow drift busting= After a few drinks, Desmo ventured over to the neighbor's house and beat the crap out of a snowman their kids had spent all day building.

5. Top off summer cruising= This was in reference to a trip to Stephanie's in CoMo.
