my bet is more than a few of them where accidental drownings. even if it where all party related as they hint at in the story, thats ten a year, on one of the largest and most trafficed waterways in the US. Thats not that bad TBH :/

I would go, but it would look pretty lame showing up in my mom's boat, which my dad has plastered "Karen's Boat" on the back, or my 14' jon boat.
If I row or paddle up to party cove (no motor of anykind) could I get a DWI if I was intoxicatied?
