See I'm the exact opposite, I have class tue. I dont have class Mon and Wed, and if we decide on one of those nights that I have class I am going on strike because I planned my classes so I would be free on bike night. Wed sounds the best though.

I'm just a noob but why don't you/we mix it up a bit. Sounds like no matter what day you make it some people will have conflicting schedules, so make it mondays in april, tuesdays in may, wednesdays in june.......you get the idea

It was my thinking that we would have Bike Nights on a consistent night, at a consistent location, hoping the word would begin to spread. Getting things like this really established in the area does take a while. I think our biggest problem right now is we need to get the word out that this is an OPEN bike night...not just a gathering of a group of friends who ride.
With a consistent location and day, and once the event is widely known, there could be a bunch of "occasional show-ups", which helps to make each bike night interesting. If we, on this website, frequently change the day, location, time, etc, we are guaranteeing that it will only be a MMR showing. If everyone is fine with that, great. I was hoping we could start a Bike Night event that would become a well-known regional event.
