Im not sure what you are getting at, you said 128mb?

I cant imagine even the largest picture size being 128mb.

You will have to clarify what you are wanting to do, and what error message you are getting and I would be glad to help you out.

Host your photos on a site like photobucket then link them here is a good option.

There are a lot of progs that will resample, resize and compress pics but a free one eveybody has is paint! Open the photo, go to Image>Stretch/Skew and reduce both Hor and Ver numbers by the same amount.

I expect you batch convert them using picasa or google 'resize images batch'. You should prolly check out picasa anyway if you use a digital camera (i.e.,my library is up to 45 gig now, unmanagable without picasa).

I have size issues, as well. My stuff is just too big. I get that a lot.

I've tried to load pics to my photo gallery, but I get errors. I'll try again and post exactly what it is telling me.

desmo, you cannot upload anything larger than 2mb file to the gallerys, you need to resize it to be smaller, and make sure its saved as .jpeg.

The phots you are trying to upload are like twice the resolution of my 22 inch widescren moniter. that means they are fricken gigantic. Do just as fallout has illlistrated and you will be good.

OR you can use this tool -> Resize Images online

...or use ImageShack® - Image Hosting and check the "resize image?" box and choose what size you want. (I think they have a size specifically for message boards) and then you can save them to your computer afterwards.
